Reporting and Delivery of Securities Property

1. Delivery of securities (Stocks, Mutual Funds, etc) should be delivered to the state’s broker
2. Electronic confirmation of reports and payments can be forward to: upholder@marylandtaxes.gov
3. For Postal Delivery, please forward, paper reports, CD ROM, checks, and physical securities to:
